Christine Ringrose
My name is Christine Ringrose, a fully qualified and certificated Advanced Clinical & Sports massage therapist, who also specialises in niche treatments which help people who experience different problems within the body.
Each treatment that I offer will be tailored to your needs and a different blend of techniques are used. In Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage the techniques I use are Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Work, Deep Tissue Release and Stretching.
The use within a treatment of hot/cold stones or cupping which induces oxygen and blood flow increasing release and healing to the muscles and tissues.
Throughout my career as a therapist, I decided to extend my knowledge and become an expert in helping my clients not just by clinical sports massage but looking at the whole of the person and being able to offer the help and support my clients need.
Through taking further courses and examinations and by getting myself further qualified, I can now offer a unique blend of treatments.
I also specialise in TMJ – Temporomandibular Joint (disorder) working externally and internally, helping clients with locked jaw, grinding, helping the jaw to relax after extensive dental works and generally easing the discomfort.
I have qualified in Scar Work and this can be incorporated within a treatment plan when massaging, or as a standalone treatment as this work often relieves the tightness in and around scars and where pain is situated in the body. I took my training further and learnt specifically on how to work with people who have had breast cancer surgery, learning about oncology and how to treat a cancer client.
I also an Angelic Reiki Master and am able to give a wonderful energy healing and total relaxation to help pain, healing emotions, anxiety, and at the end of the session (or as a standalone treatment) to feel the experience of a Shamanic Drum really enhances the healing within.
Finally, my Mindfulness Now Mediation Coaching has taken my learning and understanding to another level. It is not just about clinical massage or the issues with sore muscles, scars, or TMJ, it is the trauma that people go through after they have experienced surgery, an accident, or long-term chronic pain causing emotional trauma, depression, and anxiety. It is teaching clients how to live with discomfort and pain and to cope moment by moment.

Where am I located?
My practice is based in Rendlesham, near Woodbridge in Suffolk where I have a dedicated treatment room.
It is easily accessible from Wickham Market, Framlingham, Felixstowe, Aldeburgh, Martlesham, Kesgrave and Ipswich and surrounding areas.
